JDL is proud to have completed the 11,833 sq. ft. office buildout for BayPine at Boston’s iconic Prudential Tower. Designed with flexibility, comfort, and efficiency in mind, the space reflects BayPine’s dynamic work style and professional brand.

Key features of the project include demountable partition office fronts, high-end lighting fixtures, LVT flooring, and carpet. The modern pantry is outfitted with updated appliances and contemporary plumbing fixtures, while additional spaces such as a wellness room, dedicated copy/print areas, conference rooms, and a streamlined reception area contribute to a highly functional and thoughtfully designed workplace.
