JDL partnered with Avail Project Management, Boston Properties, Visnick & Caulfield and NV5 Engineering on this high end build out for New Heritage Capital.

A high level of craftmanship and detail were employed in the reception area which features exotic walnut hardwood flooring, custom lacquered paneling across the perimeter walls and heating elements, and a backlit newmat ceiling constructed of LED light panels and stretched fabric.

Another focal point of the space is the pantry where the dark cabinetry, exposed deck, and rich wooden ceiling are starkly contrasted by bright white stone countertops and backsplashes.   Dramatic golden colored lighting and plumbing fixtures stand out prominently against this backdrop.

Clean white aluminum frames, large expanses of glass, and giant pivot doors with custom bronzed ladder pulls give the office fronts a dramatic appearance.
