JDL partnered with True Fit, Dyer Brown & C3 Engineers to build out the entire 12th floor of 60 State Street for True Fit’s new headquarters.
JDL was brought in early on the project and assisted in pre-construction to implement a design that incorporated True Fit’s vision for the space while also keeping costs in line with their budget.
The reception area features polished concrete flooring and custom reclaimed wood details mirrored on both the walls as well as the reception desk. The exposed deck above was sprayed out in a charcoal color to give the space an industrial look and feel. A custom feature wall was created with laser-cut panels that showcase some of TrueFit’s valued clients and customers.
Steel wall panels, aviation-inspired decorative light fixtures, and tufted leather couches make the commercial office feel more like a residential loft.
Environmental graphics were designed and installed throughout the space to reinforce the company culture and the mission. TrueFit’s iconic red color is used in a targeted fashion to subtlety bolster the branding of the space.
