Rapidly growing in size, Criteo expanded and also elevated to the 14th floor of 60 State Street in Summer of 2015. JDL renovated the entire floor as well as the elevator lobby and core bathrooms. Renovations in the elevator lobby included new stone flooring and wall covering. As Criteo continued to grow, JDL built out their second full floor on the 15th floor of 60 State Street which was completed in April 2016. Throughout Criteo’s suite there is a combination of mitre installed carpet tile, polished concrete, exposed ceilings, and acoustical ceiling tile. Modern linear light fixtures were installed within the exposed ceilings throughout the space, creating a “pick-up stick” design. A large pantry was constructed with brand new cabinetry, solid surface counters, and a glass backsplash. A custom millwork island sits in the middle of the pantry which is surrounded by games and seating. A graffiti wall in one of the open office areas gives the space a unique and modern look. Filzfelt panels were installed throughout the suite to provide a trendy form of privacy. The 15th floor lounge has a custom wood panel wall with two electric fire places. Another wood panel wall has built in “cubby” seating with custom pink filzfelt cushions. Custom banquette benches with filzfelt cushions were also installed. A custom stainless steel slide will be installed June 2016 that will slide employees from the 15th floor down to the 14th.
