JDL partnered with FNZ, GTA, Colliers, AcTwo & WB Engineers to build out FNZ’s new office space on the 13th floor of One Marina Park Drive in the heart of the Seaport district.

JDL was engaged early in the process and assisted with pre-construction and budgeting to help FNZ design a space that was able to meet their budget while also incorporating the design elements and finishes that were important to FNZ’s culture.

The dramatic reception area is at the heart of the space’s client-facing conference and meeting area.  A custom backlit and back painted glass reception desk illuminates the space in a dramatic fashion.  Custom built metal ceiling clouds seem to float in the air – their circular shape mirrored below by the patterned flooring.

The large conference rooms feature double-glazed acoustic fronts that provide high acoustical properties and while maintaining an unobstructed view of the stunning waterfront.  Intricate access control and turnstile systems were designed and installed to ensure maximum security could be maintained within the space.
