JDL was engaged by Boston Properties, Northstar Project & RE Services, and IDG to fit out this new 125k square foot headquarters in Needham, MA.

This multi-story project included the construction of new office space, a data center, and a new exterior vestibule.  A new generator, cooling equipment, and steel dunnage were installed on the roof to support the data center operations.

Separate soundproof video and podcasting studios were constructed to provide a place for content creation.  Reclaimed wood paneling and brick cladding were installed within the studios to provide creative and inspiring backdrops.

Environmental graphic design, rooted in the company’s global reach and presence. is prevalent in all areas of the space.  Wall graphics depicting city maps, skyline vector images, and distances to far away parts of the globe adorn the walls throughout.

Designed and constructed through a global pandemic, the space features cutting edge videoconferencing technology and a wide variety in types of workspaces.

JDL was able to successfully deliver this large project on time and on budget amidst a time of global material and labor shortages.
