Lathrop GPM

JDL recently partnered with Cresa to renovate Lathrop GPM’s new office on the 28th floor of 28 State Street. This 8,859 square-foot space features a variety of thoughtfully designed areas, including small and large conference rooms, a hospitality room, a modern reception area, and a staff break room with a café. It also includes 20 private offices, a Zoom room for virtual meetings, and a wellness room to promote employee well-being. All spaces are enhanced with premium finishes, creating a professional and comfortable environment for both work and relaxation.
