JDL recently partnered with Avail Project Management to renovate Lubin & Meyer’s new offices on the 10th and 40th floors of 28 State Street. The collaboration focused on transforming these spaces to meet the firm’s modern needs while maintaining a sophisticated, functional design.
On the 10th floor, the renovation involved selective demolition to create open workstations, a kitchen, conference room, wellness room, and an updated electrical closet. This space is designed as an extension of Lubin & Meyer’s main offices, providing a collaborative environment for employees to meet and work together.
The 40th-floor renovation was a more extensive project, guided by Margulies Peruzzi and AVID Engineering, that involved a full gut and overhaul of the 6,500-square-foot space. The design includes 20 private offices, open workstations, a partner’s lounge, conference room, and kitchen. Custom glazing systems, millwork, high-end flooring, wall coverings, and a floating fabric wall system were incorporated into the design to create a clean, sophisticated atmosphere, ideal for both employees and clients.
The renovation reflects Lubin & Meyer’s commitment to excellence, creating a modern, professional environment that enhances productivity and leaves a lasting impression.
