JDL is thrilled to have been onboarded alongside WS Development, McGuinness Group, and C3 Engineering to bring Weiner Ventures’ new headquarters to life. Situated within the prestigious “Street” development in Chestnut Hill, this project reflects a seamless blend of elegance and cohesion, setting a new standard for modern workspace design.

Every detail of the space has been carefully curated to enhance both aesthetics and functionality. The project features custom millwork, luxury flooring, and premium wall treatments, creating a refined and sophisticated atmosphere. Designer lighting fixtures add a touch of artistry, while high-performance demountable walls with 10-foot-high glass fronts promote openness and flexibility within the workspace. With a deep emphasis on comfort and hospitality, the headquarters is designed to feel like a “home away from home.” This vision is especially brought to life through the thoughtfully designed kitchen and restroom finishes, ensuring a welcoming and luxurious experience for employees and visitors alike.
