JDL was onboarded by BXP to complete a full demo and demise of the existing space to fit out BPEA’s new 5,361 SF office space at 100 Federal Street in Boston. The project included new Litespace demountable partitions by Arch Street Glass, cloud ceilings in both boardrooms, a custom millwork feature wall at the reception area, new carpet & LVT throughout. The new pantry area included new stone backsplash, appliances and undercabient lighting integrated into the new millwork. Each boardroom had new fabric wrapped panels, with a wall covering covering the entirety of the reception wall at the main entry.

JDL was able to bring this project in a full month ahead of the client’s expected move in date, working through a complicated (and unknown) PIU upgrade scope with the building engineering team to avoid delays.
