Spaces

75 State Street, Boston

Located on the first and second floors of 75 State, built by JDL and designed by IA Architects & Nv5, the new Spaces center is an incredible business club with custom details throughout.

The first floor is the gathering place for the entire center and features a large kitchen, built in booths, phone rooms and collaboration tables. The retail-level space has ground-level views of bustling State Street which can be observed through the brass and glass storefront windows.

The business club flooring is a perfectly polished poured Ardex product that gives the space an industrial, but clean and modern feel. A uniform drywall ceiling throughout the space provides clean and elevated appearance, while wooden slat ceilings serve to accentuate spaces for collaboration and gathering.  The custom-built booths surround occupants with high end upholstery, acoustic felt paneling, and integrated work surfaces.

A brand new staircase lands at the center of the space and separates the first floor business club from the second floor office suites. The second floor business suites offer tenants access to beautiful office space with some of the best amenities in the city.

The space is modern, yet classic and flaunts a prime location – right in the heart of the financial district.
