JDL was engaged by Tishman Speyer to build out a world class amenity space at 125 High Street. Located along the Rose Kennedy Greenway, 125 High is a landmark office & lifestyle destination, with three distinctive towers connected by a gorgeous light-filled central atrium lobby space.

As part of a historic transformation of the building, Tishman Speyer tasked JDL with building a space that would deliver a “special experience that positively impacts the work live environment for everyone involved.” The construction of the Studio Gather space included a variety of meeting, lounge and dining spaces – providing tenants with a multitude of options to suit their needs.

A light-filled and spacious lounge area was constructed with space for breakout sessions and receptions. The lounge space is complete with phone booths for private conversations and sweeping views overlooking the harbor.

A large and inviting assembly space was created – allowing for three unique and adaptable configurations: auditorium, conference and cocktail. With several operable partitions, tenants can modify the space to suit their needs with the push of a button.

A high end boardroom was constructed to provide an intimate space for collaborative team sessions, smaller meetings and presentations. Each space was equipped with cutting edge communications and AV components.
