1 Van de Graaff Drive is a six-story, 162-thousand square foot, Class-A office building that is home to some of the world’s most prominent companies. The lobby features a towering atrium that extends over 75’ from the ground floor to the skylights above – one of the many challenges that the JDL team broached as part of this project.
JDL was engaged by Tishman Speyer to build out a world class amenity space at 125 High Street. Located along the Rose Kennedy Greenway, 125 High is a landmark office & lifestyle destination, with three distinctive towers connected by a gorgeous light-filled central atrium lobby space.
JDL was engaged by Boston Properties to construct the fitness center at The Hub on Causeway - a mixed-use development encompassing approximately two million square feet that occupies the site of the original Boston Garden.
This 20,000 SF project went from an open whitebox to an amenities center and five separate spec suites. JDL worked with Rockhill Management, Visnick & Caulfield and C3 Engineers to bring their vision to life.
JDL completed a multi floor project at 200 State Street in Boston. The project team included JDL, Carr Properties, Parker Torres, Dyer Brown and C3 Engineering.
