JDL is proud to partner with CDM Smith on their lease renewal efforts at 75 State Street in Boston. The project involves a full restack of their 120,000 SF footprint, encompassing the build-out of new space, decommissioning of two existing floors, and refreshing currently occupied areas, all while keeping day-to-day operations running without interruption.

As part of this process, JDL has been tasked with managing the build out and logistical planning efforts involved in this highly sensitive project. At the heart of this project is a commitment to setting the CDM Smith team up for long-term success – delivering a modernized, right-sized workspace that supports collaboration, reflects their culture, and positions the organization for continued growth.
