101 Federal Street, Boston

This beautiful amenities center is located at 75-101 Federal St, a high rise building in the heart of downtown Boston, owned and operated by Rockhill Management.

JDL transformed the 4th floor at 101 Federal St from an open whitebox to an amenities center and five separate spec suites.

The amenities center includes an exquisite lounge area and pantry with soft seating, two large training rooms which are separated by an operable partition which can open into one large room to hold a capacity of 110 occupants, three large conference rooms with acoustic fabric wrapped panels, three separate phone rooms and a beautiful mother’s room.  The elevator lobby and core bathrooms were also fully renovated.  A few architectural finishes to note are the custom wood panels bordering the pantry along with the custom millwork waterfall countertop edges. The backsplash in the pantry is a focal point that ties all the furniture and millwork together. The furniture was brought in by Red Thread which helped complete the aesthetic of the space.

The five spec suites range from 6 to 14 desks and each suite has their own pantry.

This amenities center is an amazing addition to the building and is an awesome perk for the tenants of 75-101 Federal.
