JDL was onboarded alongside Gensler and BALA Engineering to complete the office renovation for a Confidential Financial Services Client at 100 High Street in Boston.
Gensler and BALA designed the space to meet the client’s established office standards, incorporating the signature finishes and department siloing consistent across the client’s offices nationwide. The space features four distinct “units”, each dedicated to banking, trading, research, and related functions – separated by secured entries. A high-end demountable partition system was installed at all office fronts, striking a balance between a unified, collaborative feel and the departmental separation the client required.
Through close collaboration with Gensler and JLL, the team successfully navigated lead time challenges associated with the client’s standard finishes – including wall tiles and glass door pulls, identifying alternate materials that satisfied all parties without impacting the overall schedule.
Upon entering the space, visitors are welcomed by a beautifully tiled reception floor and feature wall that branches into client-facing conference rooms. A high level of branded elements throughout adds a sense of company pride and a distinctly polished, luxury feel.
With JLL’s support, JDL coordinated a seamless installation of signage and branding at project completion, delivering the finishing touches ahead of the client’s official move-in.
