South Station Tower, 23rd & 34th Floor Elevator Lobbies

680 Atlantic Ave, Boston

JDL recently completed the fit-out of the 23rd and 34th floor elavtor lobbies at South Station Tower, delivering a high-end, cohesive finish across both spaces.

The project was executed simultaneously on both floors, requiring strong coordination to maintain consistency in quality and design. The scope included the installation of custom wood paneling and modern lighting, enhancing the overall look and creating a clean, updated feel throughout. Procurement was carefully managed to stay aligned with the project schedule and design intent.

Key materials were sourced globally, including French herringbone wood flooring from Italy, polished floor tile from Spain, and bookmatched stone panels from Greece. Coordinating these international materials required close tracking, detailed logistics planning, and consistent communication with vendors to ensure a timely arrival.

Through careful planning and execution, JDL sucessfully completed both lobby fit-outs, resulting in a clean, cohesive final product which showcases JDL’s strong craftsmanship and coordination.
