Hub on Causeway Fitness Center

100 Causeway Street, Boston

JDL was engaged by Boston Properties to construct the fitness center at The Hub on Causeway – a mixed-use development encompassing approximately two million square feet that occupies the site of the original Boston Garden.  JDL partnered with Stantec and Cosentini Associates to develop this first-generation shell into a cutting-edge amenity space for future tenants.

Commencing work concurrent with the core and shell construction involved coordinating the installation of entirely new MEP systems inside of an extremely active and dynamic environment.  Situated within one of the most prominent and ambitious developments in the city of Boston, this fitness center was designed to feature high end finishes and state of the art technology and systems.
