JDL was engaged for the construction of Hawk Partners’ new office space, situated on the 29th floor of the prestigious Prudential Tower at 800 Boylston Street in Boston, Massachusetts. One of the main objectives was to curate a luxurious and modern environment, encompassing state-of-the-art offices, conference rooms, versatile assembly areas, and an opulent kitchen, complete with custom millwork.

The talented team assembled for this high-end office construction project included Visnick & Caulfield and Avid Engineering. The project demanded inventive and thoughtful planning to execute a high end vision on an expedited schedule. All while incorporating numerous distinctive and complex design features.

Custom glass and aluminum partitions were installed at offices, conference rooms, and phone rooms, striking a delicate balance between a contemporary, open-concept design and the essential privacy required for business operations. The glass operable partition wall, which divided the assembly area into two separate sections, ensured optimal flexibility in the utilization of the space.

One of the most captivating elements of the project was the Green Wall Feature. Comprised of a variety of plants, this living artwork required a precise acclimation period within the space prior to installation. To further enhance the office’s ambiance, perimeter walls were strategically clad with mirrored glass, amplifying the influx of natural light and creating a more expansive and welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchen boasted custom millwork and solid stone surfaces, exuding an air of sophistication. The intricate design and impeccable installation of the millwork resulted in a stunning yet functional space for events and daily use.
