JDL was engaged by BXP to complete a new 3,500 SF office fit out for Instem on the 14th floor of the Prudential Tower at 800 Boylston Street. The project featured new glass office fronts, updated lighting, carpet, LVT flooring, and custom millwork throughout. The new pantry area included plumbing upgrades, a wall-tile backsplash, and all new fixtures.

JDL strategically combined the reuse of select existing walls with new construction to deliver a fully refreshed and modern workspace for the Instem team. The project was completed in collaboration with BXP, VCA, and Vanderweil.
