With help from Boston Properties, Visnick & Caulfield , Bala Consulting Engineers, and many others – the JDL Corporate Interiors, Inc. team completed this fit out for King Street Properties at the Prudential Tower.
The project included a number of custom details, including a striking backlit three-dimensional signage installation that is visible from the elevator lobby. Concrete wall panels were used to create a portal at the main entrance to the space.
Black open ceilings and polished concrete floors follow the circulation pathways throughout the space. Clean white ACT ceilings give a refined aesthetic to the private office spaces. The large conference room features a mix of drywall and open ceilings – accented by acoustic felt baffles suspended over the meeting room table.
The café space was designed with two large central islands which serve as a place for collaboration and socialization.
This project also included a full renovation of the elevator lobby and restrooms. This is the second time we’ve had the opportunity to build KSP’s new corporate office as they have continued to grow.
