Exciting Development: Phaidon International’s Expansion at 200 Clarendon Street, Boston

JDL is excited to announce that we have been chosen as the general contractor for Phaidon International’s upcoming office expansion project on the 17th floor of 200 Clarendon Street. This project encompasses a range of tasks, including renovating the flooring with state-of-the-art materials, expanding and enhancing the pantry and lounge areas to create inviting spaces for employees, installing modern and ergonomic workstations, designing a trendy cafe space for social interactions, and constructing private offices for enhanced privacy and productivity.

We are thrilled to partner once more with Boston Properties, Visnick & Caulfield, and Bala Engineers for yet another successful project collaboration.
