JDL was engaged by Rockhill Management, L.L.C. to complete a 4,335 sf fit-out project for a confidential client at 99 Summer Street. The project involved the transformation of the space into a functional office environment, featuring key areas such as a conference room, wellness room, MDF room, and a café. The design incorporated laminate millwork and luxury vinyl tile flooring to provide a sleek and durable finish.
The fit-out included new acoustical ceiling tiles, enhanced lighting, fresh paint, and custom millwork throughout. Carpet was installed in the open office spaces and private offices, while the café and wellness room featured premium finishes to elevate the overall aesthetic of the space. In addition to the office fit-out, JDL renovated the 3rd and 4th floor corridor and restrooms.
The JDL team worked closely with Visnick & Caulfield Associates, Rimkus, and Harrison Smith & Kevin Hurley from Rockhill to ensure the project met the client’s specific needs and vision.
