In honor of Mother’s Day, on May 2nd, several JDL members participated in a special drive organized by Dyer Brown at their downtown Boston office. The drive aimed to assemble care packages for the Horizons for Homeless Children Mission and Atlanta Mission, offering support to mothers in need.
Recognizing that over 70% of the nation’s impoverished are women and children, this event was a heartfelt effort to provide these mothers with some extra love and care. Together with industry colleagues, JDL contributed to creating over 350 care bags for homeless mothers in Boston and Atlanta, ensuring they feel appreciated this Mother’s Day.
These care bags were thoughtfully curated, including essentials like a water bottle, chapstick, face mask, hand lotion, body wash, loofah, silk pillowcase, journal with pen, scrunchy, hair clip, eye patches, and a pouch bag.
We’re thankful to Dyer Brown for inviting us to join this initiative. It’s a privilege to lend our support to such a fantastic organization that you consistently collaborate with.
