JDL was engaged by Cohere Health and Rockhill to renovate and upgrade an existing office on the 4th floor at 226 Causeway Street. Located adjacent to the TD Garden, the 6,000 sq ft space is surrounded by amazing views of the city and provides a great space for their employees to want to come to work every day. Built in 2002, the 226 Causeway Street building provides a modern yet traditional space for people to both work and live.
The Cohere team wanted to invest in a fun, lively, and comfortable space for their employees to enjoy. JDL completely transformed the architectural finishes within the space. This involved demolishing the existing wallpaper and replacing it with the signature Cohere Health colors of white, blue and pink. The most prominent display of these colors is located in the new meeting room where a tri-color wall was perfectly implemented and is one of the first details you see as you walk through the entrance. Along with this, JDL worked with a signage vendor to customize a 10 ft long steel entryway logo sign with the signature colors that sits above the reception desk.
Along with architectural finishes, JDL made some upgrades to the space that would promote in-office accessibility and collaboration. Some of these upgrades include new AV displays hung throughout the space and Connectrac installed in a new conference room that feeds power throughout a 7 ft long desk.
