JDL partnered with a Confidential Client and Cresa Boston to construct our client’s new Boston lab, cafe and office space located in a 1940’s brick & beam warehouse. This 100,000 SF fit out features all new lab casework and equipment, office space, and a best-in-class amenity center.
JDL was engaged by Boston Properties for a full floor fit out project at 111 Huntington Ave. JDL was tasked with building a cutting-edge office environment for BitSight, a leading cyber security management company.
JDL was engaged by Tishman Speyer to build out a world class amenity space at 125 High Street. Located along the Rose Kennedy Greenway, 125 High is a landmark office & lifestyle destination, with three distinctive towers connected by a gorgeous light-filled central atrium lobby space.
1 Van de Graaff Drive is a six-story, 162-thousand square foot, Class-A office building that is home to some of the world’s most prominent companies. The lobby features a towering atrium that extends over 75’ from the ground floor to the skylights above – one of the many challenges that the JDL team broached as part of this project.
JDL was engaged by Boston Properties to renovate the office space of Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP, which is located on the 32nd and 33rd floors of the Prudential Center.
