JDL was onboard to do a full renovation of existing office space into a high-end conference amenity space at Copley Place.

The new design provides tenants with a modern, flexible environment for meetings and events, featuring Teknion demountable partitions with Casper Cloaking Film for screen privacy, custom millwork and backsplash in the café, and LVT flooring paired with plush carpet in the conference room. A standout feature is the intricate “cloud” ceiling, constructed with specialty acoustical panels and concealed cove lighting to create depth and ambiance. Fabric-wrapped panels and column wallcoverings complete the design, delivering a refined and cohesive tenant amenity that balances functionality and comfort.
