Nestled in the bustling heart of downtown Boston, a secret oasis awaits on the 7th floor of 75 State Street – a magnificent rooftop sanctuary that has taken urban living to new heights.
The creation of this rooftop masterpiece was a labor of love, a testament to the artistry and innovation that thrives in the architectural domain. It was an extraordinary journey for JDL to bring Rockhill Management and Copley Wolff’s landscape design to life.
Upon entering the rooftop, you’ll be enchanted by its heated bar, bespoke motorized louvered pergola, fresh turf, enchanting string lights, and elegant seating arrangements. This rooftop oasis is perfect for office gatherings, yoga sessions, or simply unwinding while soaking in panoramic views.
In addition to the rooftop deck, JDL also transformed the connecting interior space along side Nelson Worldwide’s architectural firm. This interior features an amenities center with conference rooms, a versatile multi-purpose room, and a central bar area complemented by adjacent social rooms. The two spaces are connected seemlesly by a Nana wall, which opens accordion-style, allowing tenants to move between them effortlessly.
Boston’s newest hidden oasis at 75 State Street stands as a testament to the potency of thoughtful design, seamlessly harmonizing urban living with the allure of nature. It’s a space that transcends the ordinary, inviting you to experience the city in a new light.
