JDL was brought on to deliver Redgate’s new headquarters build-out at 100 Federal Street, a signature tower in downtown Boston.

The scope called for a thoughtful balance of new and existing design elements, with an emphasis on maintaining continuity throughout the space. The team managed the installation of new finishes, including carpet, tile backsplashes, solid surface countertops, a custom millwork island with cabinetry, and glass office fronts and entry systems. These updates were seamlessly integrated with original design features designated to remain, ensuring continuity throughout the space. Existing tile flooring was matched and extended, and the distinctive wood slat ceiling was preserved, ensuring that the refreshed space felt cohesive and true to its original design.

The project was executed on a highly compressed schedule, leaving virtually no margin for error. Through daily collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and close coordination with subcontractors and procurement, JDL delivered the space on time and with the quality our clients expect.
