Ligand Pharmaceuticals

800 Boylston Street, Boston

JDL recently completed a full office renovation for Ligand Pharmaceuticals, located in the landmark Prudential Tower in Boston. This 3,330 sq. ft. buildout included comprehensive updates to architectural finishes and upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The refreshed office features custom millwork cabinetry with quartz countertops, a new sink with a tile backsplash, and modern appliances. The flooring integrates carpet inlays into durable vinyl, while decorative LED lighting enhances the space’s contemporary aesthetic. Glass entries and private offices contribute to a bright, open atmosphere designed to support a productive and professional work environment.

We’re proud to have delivered a vibrant new space that reflects Ligand Pharmaceuticals’ forward-thinking brand, and we thank our dedicated project team and partners for their outstanding work.
