JDL collaborated with Massachusetts General Hospital’s Department of Orthopaedics, Related Beal, and Fusion Design to build out the Foot and Ankle Store at 52 Second Avenue in Waltham, MA.

JDL partnered with Boston Properties to construct and redesign a move-in-ready office for Flare Capital’s new headquarters.

JDL was engaged by Northeastern University to transform the first floor of a residence hall into a vibrant, high-spirited space that students can utilize to study, engage classmates, and collaborate with peers.

This 20,000 SF project went from an open whitebox to an amenities center and five separate spec suites. JDL worked with Rockhill Management, Visnick & Caulfield and C3 Engineers to bring their vision to life.

JDL recently wrapped up an exciting project at 125 High Street, a historic commercial office building in the Financial District of Boston. We worked closely with Studio TROIKA and BALA engineering to complete the upgraded renovation to the massive 47,000 square foot office space.

This 125,000 SF project was a full demo of existent office space and a complete build out of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors in Waltham.
