JDL was engaged by ArentFox and Boston Properties for the strategic renovation of the 32^nd and 33^rd floors of the Prudential Tower.  JDL was tasked with the modernization of the Boston headquarters of this internationally recognized law firm.

Our team worked in partnership with the firm to develop a logistics plan that would allow for ArentFox’s office to remain operational for the duration of the project.  This included careful coordination with the design team to align phasing, permitting, and material procurement and prevent any potential disruptions.

The project included renovations to densely programmed office space as well as client-facing meeting and reception areas.  High end finishes including stone tile, wood wall paneling, and back painted glass were paired with operable partitions to create a highly functional and visually impactful space.
