This 4,000 sq. ft. office buildout for CBS&P at 800 Boylston Street in Boston’s Prudential Tower showcases a refined and efficient workplace environment, thoughtfully designed to support both daily operations and long-term growth.

The project features demountable partition office fronts that allow for flexibility and future adaptability. The modern kitchen and pantry area is equipped with an island, custom millwork, stone backsplash, and updated appliances, creating a space that’s both functional and visually cohesive. Flooring throughout includes a mix of LVT and carpet, paired with updated light fixtures that add warmth and dimension. A wooden slat accent wall provides architectural interest, while the reception area and conference room deliver a polished first impression and versatile meeting space.
